Here are important updates as we conclude the 2022 calendar year.
BOARD INTEREST:
It is that time of the year again to express interest in joining next year's board. We have open spots on next year's ballot and would love some new faces/perspectives. Please email board@coventryfarmhoa.com in the next few weeks, If you have any interest.
2022 UPGRADES/IMPROVEMENTS:
This year, the board made several improvements that you may have noticed. Early in the year, we piloted a new dues collection process that reduces HOA payment processing fees; it will be our 2022 process. Late in the season, we stained the clubhouse deck and had the pool re-caulked and the pool floor repainted. Additionally, the pool house floors have been epoxy coated and the walls painted; residents will be able to enjoy the improvements during the 2023 season.
HOA DUES
2023 HOA Dues remain $325 per Lot and will be due on February 1, 2023. Dues are required from all Residents; a late fee of $50 will be assessed to outstanding dues as of March 1, 2023. Invoices will be emailed January 1, 2023 from QuickBooks, the HOA's accounting system; paper invoices, and a request for an email address, will be mailed to Residents who do not have a valid email address on file. Payments can be made electronically via ACH withdraw (instructions on invoice) or by check. Given the fees paid by the HOA, check payment is the preferred method. Checks may be mailed to 115 Windsor Drive or dropped off in the clubhouse mailbox.
