Dear Residents of Coventry Farm,

 

As shared in the 2022 Year in Review, it's time for election of the 2023 CFHA Board; it's also time for payment of HOA Dues.  Voting is completed via the website using the “My account / Vote for the 2023 Board” link.  The process for payment of dues has changed for 2023, as described in the 2022 Year in Review newsletter, a portion of which is copied below for your reference.

The By-Laws allow for 7-directors and this year we have 6 people on the ballot.

The CFHA Board welcomes all residents to attend monthly meetings; meeting dates and times will be posted on the website under My Account / Board.

 

HOA DUES

 

2023 HOA Dues remain $325 per Lot and will be due on February 1, 2023.  Dues are required from all Residents; a late fee of $50 will be assessed to outstanding dues as of March 1, 2023.  Invoices will be emailed January 1, 2023 from QuickBooks, the HOA's accounting system; paper invoices, and a request for an email address, will be mailed to Residents who do not have a valid email address on file.  Payments can be made electronically via ACH withdraw (instructions on invoice) or by check.  Given the fees paid by the HOA, check payment is the preferred method.  Checks may be mailed to 115 Windsor Drive or dropped off in the clubhouse mailbox.
