Dear friends and members of the Coventry Farms HOA,
We hope you are all enjoying the first few weeks of Fall.
While there are still a few weeks to go in 2023, we've begun to review and finalize the budget for 2024. Over the last year, there have been a number of capital improvements and many unplanned maintenance projects and changes. The pool house flooring and wall renovations and pool floor painting were the planned improvements. Unplanned vendor changes for lawn care/snow removal, clubhouse/pool house cleaning, and website / security system have also been successfully managed.
In the last few years, we have also seen improvements like a new parking lot and a new deck for the clubhouse. In the last week we've been able to make Pickle Ball available, complete with new markings in the tennis court area and a portable net to try. This was a direct request from members of our community and we are eager to see how utilized this will become!
That said, while dues have remained the same for the last 4 years, the HOA dues for 2024 will be $375. This $50 increase over 2023 is directly aimed at addressing inflation concerns (goods, services and utilities), pool maintenance expectations, and replenishing our reserve account for capital improvements. If anyone would like to discuss questions, concerns or ideas for improvements, please feel free to join the discussion at a future board meeting. The next few are at 6:30pm on the following dates:
