Coventry Farm 2019 Updates

CFHA Residents-

Here are important updates as we conclude the 2019 calendar year.

BOARD INTEREST

It is that time of the year again to express interest in joining next year's board.  We have a few open spots on next year's ballot and would love some new faces/perspectives.  Please email board@coventryfarmhoa.com in the next week if you have any interest.

NEW WEBSITE REGISTRATION

If you have not yet checked out our new website please do so.  https://www.coventryfarmhoa.com/.  We ask that if you log into the new website and fill out your personal information.  This will help us perform our board election, collect dues online and have an updated more accurate resident directory.  All of these new functions of the website will save postage, and make these processes more efficient.

To update your information, log into the site. If you haven't logged into the new site yet, please use the "Forgot Password" link. After logging in, you can go to My Account > Edit > Resident to fill in your information. You can also find new options to exclude yourself from the upcoming resident directory. If you are no longer a resident of Coventry Farm but are receiving this email, please just ignore it. We will purge all non-active users in February.

DUES/5 YEAR PLAN

Thank you to those residents that attended our October Board Meeting.  The board unanimously voted to raise dues for the 2020 year from $275 to $325.    This would help us to comfortably fund the three major projects we foresee in the next five years.  The first of these projects in replacement of the clubhouse deck, followed by the re-paving/expansion of our parking lot, and finally a major pool repair/replacement.  If any resident has input or experience in these areas we would welcome your participation.

2019 UPGRADES/IMPROVEMENTS

This year the board has approved several improvements that you may have noticed.  We have a new website that has a much more modern look and improved efficiency going forward.  All pool umbrellas have been replaced, doubling the amount we previously had with more sturdy matching commercial grade material.  The appliances at the clubhouse have been replaced with more efficient, matching appliances, which should make it easier when hosting events.  Finally we have ordered new chairs for the clubhouse, doubling the number of chairs.  The chairs will now be easily stored on dollies (provided by Greg Harmon-State Farm- Thanks Greg!) in a more compact fashion.

Thank you again for helping make 2019 a great year in Coventry Farm Subdivision and we hope you all have a wonderful holiday season-

Drew Eilts
