Here are important updates as we conclude the 2023 calendar year.
BOARD INTEREST:
It is that time of the year again to express interest in joining next year's board. We have one open spot on next year's ballot and would love some new faces/perspectives. Please email board@coventryfarmhoa.com in the next few weeks, If you have any interest.
2023 UPGRADES / IMPROVEMENTS:
This year, the board received very positive feedback on the epoxy coated pool house floors and painted pool floor (late 2022 improvements); post-season, pool lines were removed and repainted at no expense to the HOA. At the request of residents, pickleball court markings were added to the existing tennis courts and a portable net purchased for residents to try.
HOA DUES
As communicated in October, 2024 HOA Dues will increase to $375 per Lot and will be due on February 1, 2023. This $50 increase over 2023 is directly aimed at addressing inflation concerns (goods, services and utilities), pool maintenance expectations, and replenishing our reserve account for capital improvements. Dues are required from all Residents; a late fee of $50 will be assessed to outstanding dues as of March 1, 2024. Invoices will be emailed January 1, 2024 from QuickBooks, the HOA's accounting system; paper invoices, and a request for an email address, will be mailed to Residents who do not have a valid email address on file. Payments can be made electronically via ACH withdraw (instructions on invoice) or by check. Given that the fees are paid by the HOA, check payment is the preferred method. Checks may be mailed to 115 Windsor Drive or dropped off in the clubhouse mailbox.
