In an effort to be more efficient and paperless the board has decided to migrate our board election as well our dues payment to our new website. This will save us (and you) postage. It will also allow you to pull up your account online at any time and print it out for real estate transactions. If you would still like to pay by paper check you can drop off a check for $325 to CFHA to the clubhouse mailbox at 115 Windsor Dr. If you pay by check please include your name and address in the envelope with the check.

To pay online simply go to www.coventryfarmhoa.com. Log on to your account. Look for the "My Account" dropdown, then on the link to pay your 2020 dues. Click on my cart and check out. You have the ability to check out with PayPal, debit card or credit card. PayPal is handling the secured transaction for your protection. A confirmation email will be sent you for your records.

While you are on the website you can vote for the 2020 board. This year we have 7 people on the ballot for the 7 spots available. We are excited to welcome three newcomers to the ballot and looking forward to their fresh ideas.

Finally, we have a new WIFI Network and Password at the clubhouse. The network is MTCO-293 and the password is CFHA2016. There will still be a GUEST network that doesn’t require a password for your guests. Also remember to check out the new appliances and chairs next time you are at the clubhouse.
