Dear Residents of Coventry Farm,

A short note to make you aware, in the event you aren't already, that the Village of Germantown Hills will be asphalting several streets within the village, including Cottingham Lane within Coventry Farms Subdivision.  What follows is an excerpt of the entry on the Village website:

The contractor is tentatively planning on milling the edges of the roadway on September 5th and has scheduled placement of the prime coat on the roads on Friday, September 6th. We encourage residents to limit movements in and out of your driveways on Friday the 6th to avoid tracking the material onto your property. By Friday evening, the material should be dry, and you’ll be able to drive across it.
The paving of the roads is scheduled for September 10th and 11th.
Please make sure nothing is parked on the street for the scheduled roadwork. All of the scheduled work is weather permitting.
