Dear Residents of Coventry Farm,

As we kick off 2025, here are a some important updates:

Road Safety

We’ve had multiple residents comment about drivers who are driving fast, some distracted by their phones, and some who roll through stop signs.  One of the residents reached out to the Village to request increased patrols by Woodford County Sheriffs Department.  Please be sure to obey the posted traffic signs, speed limits, and to watch out for fellow residents as you drive through the subdivision.

2025 Dues

Invoices were sent from the HOA QuickBooks account in the first week of January and are due by February 15, 2025.  Please reach out to Nicole Wilson, HOA Treasurer, at hoatreasurercoventryfarm@gmail.com with any questions.

2025 Board

It's time for election of the 2025 CFHA Board; the by-laws allow for seven directors and all 2024 board members are on the 2025 ballot.  Voting is completed via the website using the “My account / Vote for the 2025 Board” link.
