CFHOA Residents-
Here are important updates as we conclude the 2020 calendar year.
BOARD INTEREST:
It is that time of the year again to express interest in joining next year's board. We have a few open spots on next year's ballot and would love some new faces/perspectives. Please email board@coventryfarmhoa.com in the next few weeks, If you have any interest.
THE CFHOA 5 YEAR PLAN:
Year 1 of the 5 Year Plan: Of the three major projects we had mentioned last year, and what we foresee in the next four years.
- 1 st: Replacement of the clubhouse deck, which has been completed, but we will have the deck surface protected in the Spring.
- 2 nd: Re-paving/expansion of our parking lot. This should be planned and finalized for completion this next CFHOA Board Season.
- 3 rd: Major pool repair/replacement. This will be a daunting task and will require a lot of thought and feedback form the HOA as this moves forward.
If any resident has input or experience in these areas, we will welcome your participation.
2020 UPGRADES/IMPROVEMENTS:
This year the board has approved several improvements that you may have noticed. We have replaced the existing deck, which was First of 3 major areas of concern. The painting of the interior of the Clubhouse, along with repairing drywall joints. New mulch for playground area. New automated Pool vacuum, which most would not see as this is routinely done after the Pool closes in the evening. This was well needed item, as we were struggling and spending a lot of time/money having someone vacuum the pool daily. We are currently working on new Security System to better monitor activity in and around the CFHOA Lot.
