Coventry Farm residents,

The HOA Board has approved the construction of the new clubhouse and pool parking lot. The new layout of the parking lot will be completely different to add more parking.

The project will consist of the removal of the existing parking lot and entrance. Entrance will be moved to maximize parking. New base will be installed. We will have 26 total parking spaces after completion.

Construction will begin on March 20th of this year, weather permitting. Removal and installation will take approximately 1-2 weeks with good weather. We won't be able to drive on it for another two weeks after install.

Parking lot will be completed before the opening of the pool. The clubhouse is still available to reserve. Please park in the street along the clubhouse side of Windsor, and walk to the clubhouse during this time.
