Dear Residents of Coventry Farm,

As shared in the 2021 Year in Review, it's time for election of the 2022 CFHA Board; it's also time for payment of HOA Dues.  As in prior years, both can be done via the Coventry Farm website (details below); dues can also be paid by check simply by dropping it in the mailbox at 115 Windsor Dr.  Please include your name and address in the envelope with the check.

HOA Dues remain $325 per Lot, are due by 1Feb2022, and are required of all Residents.

To pay online, simply go to www.coventryfarmhoa.com, and log into your account. Under the My Account drop down menu, look for Pay your 2022 dues, click on it, and add it to your cart; click on my cart and checkout. You have the option to check out with PayPal, debit card or credit card. A confirmation email will be sent for your convenience. Please keep in mind that there is a fee (approx. $9 per Lot) associated with using PayPal and the HOA currently absorbs these fees.

While on the website please vote for the 2022 Board. The By-Laws allow for 7-directors and this year we have 6 people on the ballot.
