As we kick off 2026, here are some important updates:
Road Safety
We’ve had multiple residents comment about fast drivers, some distracted by their phones, and some who roll through stop signs. The Village has increased patrols by Woodford County Sheriff’s Department. Please be sure to obey the posted traffic signs, speed limits, and to watch out for fellow residents as you drive through the subdivision.
2026 Dues
Invoices were sent from the HOA QuickBooks account in the first week of January and are due by February 15, 2026. Please reach out to Nicole Wilson, HOA Treasurer, at

2026 Board
It's time for the election of the 2026 CFHA Board; the by-laws allow for seven directors and all 2025 board members are on the 2026 ballot. Voting is completed via the website using the “My account / Vote for the 2026 Board” link.
