Let’s kick off summer in full color! To celebrate the end of the school year and the opening of the pool, we’re inviting residents to a community chalk art event!

Somerset Drive

Residents of Coventry Farm,

A short note to make you aware of work on Somerset Drive associated with the Multi-Use Path; it's being sent on behalf of the Village.  Staring Monday, April 7 Somerset Drive, between Westminster Drive and Whispering Oaks Drive will be temporarily closed for up to a week so that necessary structures can be brought in; residents will need to use another route in / out of Coventry Farm.  Additionally, when construction begins, Somerset Drive will be open one-way, eastbound.  If you have any questions, please reach out to Village Hall

Dear Coventry Farm HOA Residents,

As we wrap up 2024, here are some important updates:

Board Openings and Meetings
By-laws allow for seven directors and all seven 2024 board members are planning to run on the 2025 ballot.  Board meetings continue to occur monthly, with timing posted on the website under My account / Board; residents are welcome to attend.
