As a point of awareness, we are passing along an update from the Village regarding pending roadwork:
Dear Residents of Coventry Farms,
*Please note this message was sent to all homeowners, but is specifically addressed to those homeowners who have not paid their 2022 Association dues yet.*
In early January, a Community Newsletter was sent regarding the 2022 HOA dues payment. The initial due date was February 1st. Thank you to those residents who have submitted payment! The Newsletter outlined two ways in which payment can be made: 1) Check payment/drop off at clubhouse mailbox -OR- 2) PayPal through the subdivision website.

As in prior years, both can be done via the Coventry Farm website (details below); dues can also be paid by check simply by dropping it in the mailbox at 115 Windsor Dr. Please include your name and address in the envelope with the check.

BOARD INTEREST:
We are excited to announce that the pool will be opening on Friday, May 28 at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend!
Pool hours will remain the same, from 6am- sunset (8 pm, currently); please respect these hours. Adult Only hours are 6am-9am daily; only those 18 years of age and older are allowed in the pool. Mike Brockhouse will be maintaining the pool again this year.
