Hannah Drive is closed from 307/308 to 415 Hannah Drive. Please do not move the barricades and signs. The road needs to remain closed to all vehicles until the construction is complete. No vehicles can be on the road as any damage will create more expense and will extend the time of the construction. We understand this is an inconvenience but the road needs to be closed to all traffic.

The road closure will be from 307/308 Hannah Drive to 415 Hannah Drive, which is at the Hannah Drive/Somerset intersection. The road construction is scheduled to start on April 26th at 9:00 a.m.
On Friday, April 23rd the Village will be posting no parking signs on one side of the road on several streets in the Coventry Farm Subdivision.

The HOA Board has approved the construction of the new clubhouse and pool parking lot. The new layout of the parking lot will be completely different to add more parking.
The project will consist of the removal of the existing parking lot and entrance. Entrance will be moved to maximize parking. New base will be installed. We will have 26 total parking spaces after completion.
The Village of Germantown Hills is aware of the condition of Hannah Drive but due to the time of year the Village is unable to provide a permanent fix. The Village is going to dig out a portion of the road and put down some white rock temporarily. A permanent solution is being discussed and the repair will be completed as soon as weather permits.

Dear Residents of Coventry Farm:
Last year CFHOA Board announced going paperless for the board election as well paying our HOA Dues on the new website. This continues to save on postage and time. All homeowners can still pay by paper check and drop it off in the mailbox at 115 Windsor Dr.
HOA Fees are Due by February 1st , 2021.
Please include your name and address in the envelope with the check for $325.00 per Lot owned.
All Coventry Farm Homeowners are required to Pay HOA Fees.
